Ranbir Calls Animal, Adult-Rated Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham

Actor Ranbir Kapoor along with Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna, producer Bhushan Kumar and director Sandeep Reddy Vanga arrived at the trailer launch of their action thriller film ‘Animal’ in New Delhi.

The 3-minute-32-second trailer hinted that Ranbir’s character has turned into a fierce because of his violent upbringing during his younger age.

Ranbir’s character is protective and obsessive about his father’s love. He is seen threatening everybody who comes in the way of his love for his father.

Reportedly, the film has a duration of 3 hours and 21 minutes.

While talking to the media at the trailer launch of ‘Animal’ Ranbir quipped about the film’s long duration and the theme of bond between a father and son and said, “This is an adult-rated Khushi Kabhi Kabhie Gham.”

The ‘Brahmastra’ actor also revealed that despite the role being so violent, he always used to detach from his character after the shoot is wrapped and said, “I am a detached person. I never take my character home. It’s not fair for my loved ones. Agar main agar jaake is inssan ki trh act karta toh meri biwi mujhe maarti.”

Helmed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, ‘Animal’ also stars Anil Kapoor in the lead role.

The trailer also reveals that Rashmika Mandanna will be Ranbir’s love interest while Bobby Deol plays the antagonist in the film, who makes a stylish yet menacing appearance in the trailer.

‘Animal’ is all set to hit the theatres on December 1 and will be released in 5 languages- Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.

‘Animal’ will be facing a big Bollywood clash with Vicky Kaushal’s upcoming film ‘Sam Bahadur’. (ANI)

Actor Ranbir Kapoor recently wrapped up the shooting of his upcoming action thriller film ‘Animal.’

Several videos from the wrap-up party of the film are now surfacing on social media in which Ranbir could be seen grooving to Sukhwinder Singh’s songs ‘Chaiyya Chaiyya’ and ‘Ban Than Chali Bolo’ as the crew hooted for him.

Soon after the clips of the actor dancing with the crew members went viral on social media, fans flooded the comment section with red hearts and fire emoticons.

‘Animal’ is all set to hit the theatres on December 1.

Talking about the film’s postponement, director Vanga earlier said in a video, “The only reason why we are not releasing the film on August 11 is the quality. I am not going to explain to you how the post-production work of the film is being layered because it might bore you. For example, there are seven songs in the film and when the seven songs are multiplied by 5 languages it becomes 35 songs. 35 songs, different types of lyricists, different sets of singers, it’s going to take a little more time than what I have actually planned for. The kind of lyrical value that we have achieved in Hindi, I need to give the same kind of lyrical value in all different languages and for that, I really need to spend time to get into all different languages. When it gets released I don’t want to give the feeling that it is a Hindi-dubbed Tamil film or a Hindi-dubbed Telugu film. So for that, we are taking time and there’s no other reason. All I can promise you is that we will come with the best quality on December 1.”

Recently the makers also unveiled the pre-teaser of the film.

The video begins with several people who can be seen wearing skull masks, white shirts, black waistcoats, and ties. They wielded axes as well. Ranbir, the lead actor in the movie, walks in with an axe in his hand to fight with the group.

Ranbir swung his axe as he slaughtered several people, many of whom managed to flee. Ranbir can be seen wearing white dhota and kurta. He kept her beard and hair long. The teaser only showed a portion of the actor’s face but Some scars on his face were visible. (ANI)

Rashmika Begins Shooting For Pushpa 2

Actor Rashmika Mandanna has now kickstarted the shooting of her upcoming Pan-India film ‘Pushpa: The Rule’.

On Tuesday, the actor took to her Instagram account and shared a sneak-peak from the sets of the film.

She will reprise the role of Srivalli in the sequel to the blockbuster film.

The first movie in the franchise was ‘Pushpa: The Rise’, an action entertainer directed by Sukumar, which was released in theatres on December 17, 2021. The film, which stars Allu Arjun in the lead role, was widely praised. Fahadh Faasil was part of the film.

‘Pushpa: The Rise’ created a buzz at the box office as from dialogues to songs everything about the film was setting trends. It was already made clear that the ‘Pushpa’ will get a sequel. Allu Arjun, the superstar who delivered a power-packed performance is returning with the second instalment of the movie sooner than we expected.

‘Pushpa 2 The Rule’ is all set to redefine the connotation of the Global Indian film.

Earlier on the occasion of Allu Arjun’s birthday, the makers of ‘Pushpa 2’ unveiled an intriguing first look poster of the actor.

In the poster, Arjun was seen in an intense and completely new avatar, wearing gold jewellery and a garland of lemons. Apart from that, the actor could be seen holding a gun in his hand.

The official release date of ‘Pushpa: The Rule’ is still awaited.

Meanwhile, Rashmika recently wrapped up the shooting of her next film ‘Animal’.

IPL 2023 Opening: Rashmika Performs On ‘Naatu Naatu’

Actor Rashmika Mandanna, on Friday, rocked the dance floor with her power-packed dance performance on the Oscar-winning song ‘Naatu Naatu’ at the IPL 2023 Opening ceremony in Ahmedabad Gujarat.

The IPL 2023 began with a grand opening ceremony at the Narendra Modi Stadium where B-town celebs like Arijit Singh, Tamannaah Bhatia and Rashmika Mandanna entertained the audience with their amazing performances.
The ‘Mission Majnu’ actor shook her legs on several hit tracks like the Oscars winning track ‘Naatu Naatu’ from ‘RRR’, ‘Saami – Saami’ and ‘Srivalli’ from her film ‘Pushpa’, ‘Dholida’ from ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ and many more.

Previously, while talking about her performance at the IPL Opening ceremony, Rashmika said, “I always wanted to witness a match. But I never got the opportunity. And today I am performing for the opening ceremonyโ€ฆ it’s like I made it!”

The 2023 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) will begin with the clash of star-studded defending champions Gujarat Titans (GT) and four-time champions Chennai Super Kings at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

The match will be a battle between two generations of Indian cricket. At one side will be CSK skipper MS Dhoni, who took Indian cricket to new heights of success in the late 2000s to early 2010s by clinching the inaugural ICC T20 World Cup (2007), ICC Cricket World Cup (2011) and ICC Champions Trophy (2013) and became the only skipper to win these three major titles.

The T20 cricket extravaganza will be played across 12 venues with the Narendra Modi Stadium hosting the opener on March 31 and the tournament final will be played on May 28 at the same venue Ahmedabad.

In total 12 venues – Mohali, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Jaipur, Mumbai, Guwahati (Royals’ second home) and Dharamsala (Kings’ second home) will host the IPL 2023 matches.

The matches will be played on two match timings with the day matches starting at 3:30 PM IST while the night matches beginning at 7:30 PM IST. (ANI)

Rashmika Super-Excited Ahead Of IPL Opening Ceremony

The stage is set for the grand opening of the Indian Premier League (IPL). The new sensation of the tinsel town Rashmika Mandanna will be performing for the inaugural ceremony of the IPL at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, Gujarat on March 31.

Rashmika will be joining Tamannaah Bhatia and Arijit Singh for the event.
Sharing the news with fans, Rashmika posted on Instagram, “Get ready for a dazzling and unforgettable eveningโ€ฆ@rashmika_mandanna will be performing LIVE during the #TATAIPL Opening Ceremony at the biggest cricket stadium in the world – Narendra Modi Stadium!”

“National crush on national television!” wrote a fan on Rashmika’s post.

The official Twitter handle of the Indian Premier League posted a video of the rehearsal. In that video, Rashmika said, “I always wanted to witness a match. But I never got the opportunity. And today I am performing for the opening ceremonyโ€ฆ it’s like I made it!”

Who are Rashmika’s favourite cricketers? “Dhoni Sir and Virat Sir”, replied the actor. Rashmika will next be seen opposite Ranbir Kapoor in Sandeep Reddy Bhanga’s ‘Animal.’

IPL 2023 is set to begin on March 31 with a clash between heavyweights Chennai Super Kings and defending champions Gujarat Titans. The T20 cricket extravaganza will be played across 12 venues with the Narendra Modi Stadium hosting the opener on March 31 and the final of the tournament will be played on May 28 at the same venue in Ahmedabad.

In total 12 venues – Mohali, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Jaipur, Mumbai, Guwahati (Royals’ second home) and Dharamsala (Kings’ second home) will host the IPL 2023 matches.

For the first time since 2019, the league will return to its customary home-and-away schedule in India where each team will play a total of 14 games. Siddharth who was spotted at the screening of his movie ‘Thank God’ on Wednesday, met a young fan, with the same name as his rumored girlfriend Kiara Advani.
The video was shared by a fan page with the user name @sidkiarafp.

In the video, the ‘Shershaah’ actor was seen taking pictures with fans outside a theatre in Mumbai when a little fan approached and the young girl’s mother informed Sidharth that her name is Kiara.

After hearing the name, the 37-year-old actor cutely reacted and posed for the picture.

As soon as the video went viral, netizens flooded social media with comments.

One of the users wrote, “Blushing Dekho Sid ka.”

Siddharth and Kiara have been rumored to be dating for quite some time. While they have yet to officially announce, Kiara who recently graced ‘Koffee With Karan 7’ stated that she and Sid are more than just friends.

Thank God is directed by Indra Kumar. Rakul Preet Singh is also a part of the film, which is the official remake of the Danish flick, Sorte Kugler.
