Shatrughan Wished Sonakshi On Her 36th B’day

As Sonakshi Sinha turned 36, the proud father and veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha showered his love and shared a special social media post for her on Friday.

Taking to Twitter, Shatrughan who shares a great bond with his daughter dropped a string of pictures and also gave a shoutout to her new web series, ‘Dahaad’.
Sharing the pictures, he wrote, “How beautiful. times have gone by. On this great & auspicious day loads of love for the apple of our eye, for another wonderful year of fun, entertainment & great achievements. We are all so very proud of your strength & everything.”

He added, “You have accomplished, especially the milestone you have created with ‘Dahaad’ which is the talk of the town today & one of the most wonderful films which add another feather to your body of work, recently released on amazing Amazon Prime Video.”

In the first picture, Sonakshi’s glimpse from ‘Dahaad’ can be seen.

In the second picture, the father-daughter duo posed for the camera with varying degrees of smiles.

The third picture showcased young Sonakshi with her father.

A perfect family picture can be in other photos.

In the comment section, Sharughan posted more photos of Sonakshi and him. Some of the pictures also showcased her mom Poonam Sinha and her twin brothers Luv and Kush Sinha.

He wrote, “You shall always remain very special to us. May your special day bring an abundance of happiness, joy & lots of love today & every day. ‘Happy great day!’ God Bless.”

Sharing her birthday plans this year, Sonakshi had recently told ANI, “For the last 5-6 years I have been travelling on my birthday… I like to take a break and like to spend time with a few close friends of mine. I have been following this ritual for the past several years. I am currently in the middle of a shoot…so this birthday I can go only close by. I might go to Alibaug or Lonavala. However, I have not decided yet.”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Meanwhile, Sonakshi will also be seen in the upcoming action thriller film ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ alongside Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff.

On the other hand, Shatrughan Prasad Sinha, an Indian film actor, and politician was a member of Lok Sabha from Patna Sahib and Rajya Sabha. He has also served as a Union Cabinet Minister of Health and Family Welfare and Shipping in the Atal Bihari Vajpayee government.

Sinha has also served as a member of the standing committee on transport, and tourism and has been a cultured member of the consultative committee in the Ministry of external affairs and Overseas Indian Affairs from 2014-2019. In 2016, he also launched his biography, ‘Anything but Khamosh’.

Shatrughan Sinha has done over 100 films in his career. ‘Kalicharan’, ‘Dostana’, ‘Jaani Dushman’, and ‘Khudgarz’ are some of his memorable movies.

With his personality, baritone and dialogue delivery, Shatrughan Sinha has always grabbed fans’ attention. (ANI)

Sonakshi Follows A Ritual On Her Birthday

Actor Sonakshi Sinha’s birthday is around the corner and this time it has become more special with the stupendous success of her OTT debut ‘Dahaad’.

June 2 definitely calls for mega celebrations at Sinha’s home, right?
ANI caught up with Sonakshi to know about her birthday plans. And guess what? The actress revealed an interesting ritual that she has been following on her birthday for a while now.

Meanwhile, Sonakshi is busy settling into her new house in Mumbai.

On Tuesday, the “Shotgun Junior” treated her fans to some pictures of her new sea-facing house.

In the pictures, we can see Sonakshi Sinha posing while unpacking the furniture in her new house. From the pictures, it is evident that the actress is in the process of moving in.

Sharing the images, Sonakshi expressed that “adulting is hard”.

“Adulting – hard! Head is swirling with plants and pots and lights and mattresses and plates and cushions and chairs and tables, forks and spoons, sinks and bins…. aaargh!!! Doing up a house is not easy,” she captioned the post.

In the upcoming months, Sonakshi will be seen in director and producer Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Heeramandi’, and ‘Nikita Roy and the Book of Darkness’. (ANI)

Sonakshi Shares Chaiyya Chaiyya Vibes

Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal’s starrer music video ‘Blockbuster’ has been a raging chartbuster. Recently, the ‘Akira actor opened up about the experience of shooting on a moving truck.

The song exudes an extravagant feel with an international vibe where you can see luxury cars, outstanding outfits, suave dance moves, and more. In ‘Blockbuster’, there was a scene that required the actors to be on a moving truck and instead of doing the same with effects, Sonakshi and Zaheer actually shot on a moving truck. The scene in the song features the duo dancing on a truck.

Sharing about the experience performing dance on the truck, Sonakshi said, “I really enjoyed working on the song and my most exciting scene was when we had to shoot on the truck. There were challenges as it is tough to deliver a shot on a vehicle but I’m glad we did it and I’m very thankful that the audiences love the track! We have made it with a lot of love and hard work. Dancing in the truck gave me full Chaiyya Chaiyya vibes!”

Zaheer shared, “It is definitely a challenge to shoot in a truck but we already had planned to do it for our audiences and give them something new and memorable. I am quite delighted that we could shoot the song as per our plan and fortunately, we nailed the shot in only a few takes! Blockbuster has really been a blockbuster with the audience and it’s fun to see all the reels that are made with the song too!”

Priyank Sharma of Dhamaka Records said, “We really wanted to do something unique and out of the box for the audience to experience a visual treat. We wanted the vibe of a party in a truck and we managed to achieve that!”

“We had a wonderful time shooting the entire song. Shooting on a truck was a task but we did it and it’s really nice to receive so much love and praises for the song,” shared Paras Mehta of Dhamaka Records.

“Blockbuster” was released on September 23 and was produced by Dhamaka Records. The song is sung by Ammy Virk and Asees Kaur.

Sonakshi is currently in the news for her rumored relationship with Zaheer. Recently, Sonakshi’s close friend and actor Varun Sharma posted a picture of the actress with Zaheer.

In the image, the two were seen sharing a smile. “Oyeeee hoyeeee isey kehte hai blockbuster Jodi,” Varun captioned the post, hinting that Sonakshi is dating Zaheer.

Sonakshi and Zaheer will also be seen together in a film titled ‘Double XL’. (ANI)
