Cong Is C-Team Of Country That Means ‘Chor Team’: KT Rama Rao

Telangana IT and Industries minister, KT Rama Rao (KTR), while addressing the public in Telangana Bhavan, hit out at the Congress party saying that the party is the C-Team of the country that means “chor team”.

“Yesterday Rahul Gandhi said we are B- team of BJP. We are not BJP’s B team, you are the only C-team in the country. C-team means “chor team”. You have done A to Z scams. A means Adarsh scam, B means Bofors scam, C means Commonwealth scam and if we continue to say, it still will go on till Z,” KTR said.

He further said that the Congress party has looted the country, they have not left out anything starting from the Agusta Westland helicopter deal in the skies to the coal in the underground.

Referring to the ministers of the Congress who have gone to jail, he said,”Your central ministers have gone to jail. Finally, there is an ED investigation that is happening even on Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi in connection with the National Herald case. They come and say B team and C team, but I only want to ask one thing today we are not B team you are only C team, the Chor Team.”

Continuing his attack on Congress he claimed that Revanth Reddy will split the Congress if 10 or 12 candidates are able to win in the Assembly polls and join the BJP.

“Rahul Gandhi you do not know about Revanth Reddy. He is a covert placed by the BJP in your party. He is a BJP agent in Congress. Tomorrow if 10 or 12 win, he will make him sit in BJP for sure,” he said alleging that Revanth has been plotted by the BJP in the Congress.

He further said that Rahul Gandhi might not have knowledge about this thing, but those who are next to him know about it.

“BJP has plotted Revanth Reddy in Congress. He will swallow the entire party tomorrow and later he will be sold to BJP. We are not a B team, it is you who is the C team of BJP. In this country, you, your Congress party is Chor team,” he added.

Earlier today, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi slammed the K. Chandrashekar Rao government in Telangana accusing it of being the most corrupt in the country and being controlled by one family.

Rahul Gandhi also alleged a secret alliance of BJP, Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and AIMIM against Congress in Telangana.

“Look at BJP-BRS-AIMIM, these three parties attack the Congress party,” said Congress Rahul Gandhi.

Rahul Gandhi arrived in Telangana for a three-day visit as part of Congress’ election campaign in the state which will go to the assembly polls on November 30.

Telangana is set to witness a triangular contest between the BJP, the ruling Bharat Rashtra Samithi, and the Congress in the upcoming assembly election.

RLD Chief Merging With NDA

Tension Rises Within INDIA Alliance As Akhilesh Alleges Cong Of Betrayal

Amid rising tensions within the INDIA alliance , Samajwadi Party Chief Akhilesh Yadav on Thursday alleged that some “Congress leaders are siding with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)”, adding that he would not have trusted the grand old party if he had known that “Congress would betray them”.

He further said he was unaware of the fact that the INDIA bloc has been formed at the national level to defeat the BJP and the alliance partners are not fighting together at the state level.

Akhilesh yadav’s responded fiercely when reporters asked him about his reaction on Congress Uttar Pradesh chief Ajay Rai’s statement that if Congress had fought Ghosi, they (SP) might have lost the seat.

“The state chief has no authority. He was not there in the meeting held at Patna, Mumbai. What does he know about the INDIA alliance?… These people from Congress are siding or involved with the BJP,” the SP leader said while talking to reporters in Sitapur.

SP chief further said that he would not have trusted them if he had known that people from Congress would betray us.

“If I had known that the alliance is not on the state level then I would not have sent SP leaders to Digvijaya Singh…I would not have trusted them if I had known that people from Congress would betray us,” he added.

The Congress’s UP unit chief Ajay Rai has asked the SP to withdraw from MP in favour of the grand old party as the Akhilesh Yadav-led party, he said, did not have any base there.

On Tuesday, while speaking to reporters about the allocation of seats in the INDIA alliance in Madhya Pradesh, Akhilesh Yadav said that the Congress party should clarify who will get how many seats in the alliance and whether the alliance will be at a national level or on a state level.

Meanwhile, the Samajwadi Party (SP) has released its second list of candidates for the upcoming Madhya Pradesh assembly polls, according to an official statement issued by the party on Wednesday.

The party has declared the names of a total of 22 candidates in the second list.

Madhya Pradesh is one of the five states set to hold elections this year. The state is scheduled to vote on November 17, with the vote count taking place on December 3.

Voters will choose legislators from 230 Assembly constituencies.

The Kamal Nath government collapsed in March 2021 when 22 sitting Congress MLAs resigned under the leadership of Jyotiraditya Scindia and joined the BJP. Subsequently, the BJP formed the government in the state, with Shivraj Singh Chouhan taking office as Chief Minister. (ANI)

Cong In Many Ways A Family-Run Party: Tharoor

Reacting to a question at an event in Thiruvananthapuram on not being a Prime Ministerial candidate from party, Congress leader Shashi Tharoor on Monday said that Rahul Gandhi could become Prime Minister since Congress is in many ways is a ‘family-run’ party.

Inaugurating the new office of a US-based Silicon Valley company at Technopark Phase 3 in Thiruvananthapuram on Monday, Shashi Tharoor said that either Congress president Malikarjun Kharge or Rahul Gandhi could become PM from the Congress.

“My guess is from the Congress party either Mr Kharge who will then be the first Dalit Prime Minister of India or Rahul Gandhi since in many ways it is a ‘family-run’ party. But at the same time, the merit of the parliamentary system is the Prime Minister is the first among equals and other ministers also have great responsibility for their work so whatever responsibility is assigned to me, I am confident I can do work.”

The remark comes even as the former Congress president Rahul Gandhi made an effort to distance himself from dynastic politics when the question was posed to him at a news conference in Aizawl, Mizoram today.

“What is exactly the son of Amit Shah doing? What does Rajnath Singh’s son do? last I heard, Amit Shah’s son is running Indian cricket. Many of their (BJP) children like Anurag Thakur, are dynasties” Rahul Gandhi said in an effort to put the ball back in the BJP court.

Earlier, hitting out at both Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and Congress in Telangana, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on October 1 said that the “two family-run parties” known for corruption and commission have halted the progress of the poll-bound state.

“Both of these parties have the same formula. The party is of the family, by the family and for the family… These people are turning democracy into a family dynasty. Their party is run like a private limited company. The president, CEO, director, treasurer, general manager, chief manager, and manager all are of the same family,” the Prime Minister had said.

Meanwhile at his address to young professionals, Tharoor while explaining the system of electing representatives said that a candidate’s individual merit was not the singular reason to choose him to contest.

“Our system is very different from the American system. The parliamentary system means the party decides who to put forward in these situations. Even whom to give tickets is given by the party unlike in America where voters decide through a primaries system” said Tharoor.

“It’s not possible to have an Obama type career in India. We are a vast country, we have 543 parliamentary seats and it is not the individual merit of one person that matters,” he added. (ANI)

Rahul Arrives In Mizoram On Two Day Visit

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Monday arrived on a two-day visit to Mizoram on Monday.

Upon his arrival, Rahul Gandhi also took part in a Padyatra from Chanmari (Aizawl) to Raj Bhawan.

Speaking to ANI, Congress spokesperson Mathew Antony said,” It was a long-awaited visit of Rahul Gandhi to Mizoram. Mizoram has fond memories of the visit of his father Rajiv Gandhi in 1986. People are sharing their excitement over his (Rahul Gandhi) visit. Another significance of this visit is he is carrying out a Bharat Jodo Yatra at a time when there is polarization and the country is divided on ethnic issues.”

On the election preparations for the upcoming Assembly polls in Mizoram, Antony said, “We are hopeful that we will form the government. Tomorrow he (Rahul Gandhi) will meet the party leaders and will address a public gathering. The announcement for the party candidates can be expected anytime from now.”

On Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s Mizoram visit, Mizoram CM Zoramthanga said, “Rahul Gandhi’s visit may be good for the party’s (Congress) people. But that will not have much influence on Mizoram’s population as a whole. So, I don’t think it will have much meaning.”

In a 40-member Mizoram assembly, Mizo National Front bagged 26 seats with a vote share of 37.8 per cent to emerge victorious in the 2018 polls. Congress secured five seats and BJP won one seat.

Polls will be held in Mizoram on November 7, Chhattisgarh on November 7 and November 17, Madhya Pradesh on November 17, Rajasthan on November 23 and Telangana on November 30. The counting of votes will take place on December 3 in all the states. Of the five states, polling in Chhattisgarh will be held in two phases.

The Model Code of Conduct has come into force with the announcement of poll dates. The elections to five states are crucial as they are being held months before the Lok Sabha elections in April-May next year. (ANI)

Punjab: BJP’s Rajkumar Verka Resigns From Party To Rejoin Cong

Punjab Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) vice president Rajkumar Verka on Friday announced his resignation from the party adding that he is going to Delhi to rekindle ties with Congress.

The former Punjab minister, who left Congress in June last year and joined BJP, announced his decision to quit BJP during a press briefing at his residence in Amritsar today.

He said that joining the BJP was a big mistake and termed his rekindling ties with the Congress party ‘ghar wapsi’.

“After thinking for many days, I have decided that I am leaving the BJP. I am resigning from the BJP. After this, I am leaving for Delhi right now. I will join the Congress party,” Verka said at the press briefing.

He added, “I can say with certainty that BJP does not have a tradition of taking everyone along.” Verka also claimed that if any party can work for the interests of Punjab, it is only Congress.

Verka further said that as he rejoins Congress, many other former members of the party in Punjab will also bid goodbye to BJP and will rejoin Congress. After holding the press conference, Verka left for the airport, from where he will go straight to Delhi and meet the Congress top brass.

In fact, recently during Congress MP Rahul Gandhi’s visit to Amritsar, there were discussions on Verka leaving BJP to join Congress.

Punjab BJP called Verka’s decision to quit the party “unfortunate” while also wishing him luck.

“It is very unfortunate. When he joined the BJP, he was given respect. He was made the Vice President of the Punjab State BJP. He was also nominated as a member of the top core decision-making committee of the party,” Punjab BJP Spokesperson Anil Sarin said while speaking to reporters in Patiala.

Sarin further said, “If he is leaving, and that too for joining the Congress, I think Raj Kumar Verka has to answer what the reasons were that he had left Congress and joined the BJP. And now what has happened in the Congress that he is joining it back. He has to answer. He must have had some political expectations that he thought could not be fulfilled here. But still, I would say that a person leaving the family is unfortunate. I wish him good luck.” (ANI)

Modi Will Not Become PM In 2024: Raut

Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) faction leader Sanjay Raut has said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will not become PM again in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

Addressing a Press Conference, Raut said “The INDIA Alliance has been formed especially for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections and discussions related to 2024 elections take place in the alliance meeting. I say with certainty that the BJP government will not be formed in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Modi ji will not be the Prime Minister in 2024, BJP government will not remain at the centre.”

“Congress is a big party in Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Telangana. So Congress will decide whom to take along and whom not to take,” Sanjay Raut added.

Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) Working President Supriya Sule on Wednesday stated that discussions regarding seat allocation within the INDIA alliance are in progress.

“The seat-sharing talks are underway for several states and it has not stopped. Every state has its own permutations and combinations. The work is going on,” Sule said while talking to reporters.

Earlier, the opposition parties, united under the banner of the INDIA on August 31-September 1, concluded their third meeting in Maharashtra and adopted resolutions to collectively contest the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections while announcing that seat-sharing arrangements would be finalized as soon as possible through a spirit of give-and-take.

After a two-day meeting of the opposition Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance coalition four main committees were formed in which members of all the political parties were included.

INDIA alliance is a group of opposition parties, including the Congress and the parties have come together to take on the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), which is led by PM Narendra Modi’s Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), and prevent it from winning a third straight term at the Centre in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

Elections will be held in the five crucial states of Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Telangana and Mizoram between November 7 and 30, and the results will be declared on December 3. (ANI)

Even If Rahul Contests In Rajasthan Polls, BJP Will Win: Rajyavardhan

After Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot claimed that the Bhartiya Janta Party had accepted defeat in the upcoming state polls, BJP leader Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore reacted sharply to Gehlot’s statement, saying that even if Congress brings Rahul Gandhi as a candidate in Rajasthan, the BJP will still win.

On Tuesday, the Rajasthan CM, while addressing a rally in Churu, asserted that PM Modi keeps visiting states again and again. After the election, will he come and open colleges here? Will he come and make roads here? What will PM Modi do?, he questioned.

He further said that the BJP is having difficulty deciding a face for there party in Rajasthan. They have given tickets to MPs, and I consider this their biggest failure. “This means they have accepted defeat”, CM Gehlot said.

Responding to Ashok Gehlot’s statement, Rathore said, “Why is Ashok Gehlot so afraid… The election is between the political parties, so let the Congress contest with their best team, and we (the BJP) will contest with our best team. We are not questioning who Congress is contesting the elections with; let them bring Rahul Gandhi as well, and we will still win double the seats.”

He further went on to say that BJP has a strategy of its own; PM Modi will go into Lok Sabha with fresh faces, and there are some fresh faces in Rajasthan as well who are influenced by the way PM Modi works and have learned from it.

“Our strategy is to go with people who have zero tolerance for corruption and who know how to make every single person benefit from the government schemes,” said Rathore.

Further responding to Congress party members’ comments that BJP released the candidate list during Pitru Paksha (Kanagat) even when the party believes in Sanatan Dharma, Rathore said, “This is being said by a party that calls Sanatan Dharma dengue and malaria. The INDIA alliance in a meeting had said to end the Sanatan dharma.”

“A party that collapsed Ram Darbar in Rajasthan, collapsed a 300-year-old Shiv Mandir, caused the death of multiple saints, promotes separatists, says if Ram Navmi is carried on then Section 144 will be imposed, says that permission will have to be taken from CM Ashok Gehlot if bhajans are to be played and on the other hand supports a particular community and supports the march of PFI which is a banned organization,” added Rathore.

He further said that the Congress party has lost all its confidence.

On some BJP members expressing their displeasure with the candidate list, Rathore said that any human would be disappointed if he has got ambitions of his own and they are not fulfilled but I completely believe that anyone who is influenced by the BJP ideology and keeps the nation as priority will pull themselves together.

“Maybe this is a strategy that at present a party worker who is being asked to be patient today, may get even a bigger opportunity in future, and there are multiple such examples within the party, and maybe it is a test by the party that if certain workers can be patient or do they want to prioritize themselves before the nation and the people, he added.

The BJP leader further said, “I am sure that it is evident to the people as well that BJP will be forming government in Rajasthan and development will be only possible when the people who are focused towards development are voted.”

Responding to Gehlot’s comment that BJP has no face for CM in Rajasthan, Rathore took a dig at the Rajasthan CM and said that should there be a face in Rajasthan that made the state rank number one in crime against women, a face that promotes separatists, a face which got multiple papers leaked or should there be a face that has received the blessings of the public since the last 20 years whether it be as a CM or PM for last 9.5 years because such a face is a guarantee of development.

For us, the face is PM Modi, as his face clarifies what he stands for, and we will make Rajasthan a complete part of PM Modi’s vision of Amritkaal, a state with zero tolerance for corruption, zero tolerance for terrorism and 100 per cent committment towards development. (ANI)
