Tamannaah Joins John In ‘Vedaa’

Actor Tamannaah Bhatia is on a roll. She has come on board for Nikkhil Advani’s next directorial venture ‘Vedaa’.

The film already stars John Abraham and Sharvari Wagh.
Excited about the film, Tamannaah said, “I’ve always admired the way Nikkhil tells his stories. He has a knack and this ability of his is extremely endearing. John and I also get to work together for the first time ever. It definitely will be exciting to see what my character will bring in!”

Nikkhil also expressed excitement about having Tamannah on board.

“Tamannaah has always given sensational performances. When I approached her to play this special role, I was delighted that she immediately trusted my vision for this film. My team & I are thrilled to have her with us,” he said.

‘Vedaa’ is directed by Nikkhil Advani and written by Aseem Arora, and is produced by Zee Studios, Emmay Entertainment, and JA Entertainment.

In the movie, John will be seen playing a mentor to Sharvari and it promises some exciting action sequences.

John mentioned, “I look forward to giving my all for this project. This riveting story will definitely leave an imprint in your mind as it did for me. I am honored to play the part and excited for kickstarting this journey.”

The actors were recently in Rajasthan for the shoot. The film is eyeing a theatrical window in 2024. (ANI)

SRK Reveals Why Everybody Should Watch ‘Pathaan’

Shah Rukh Khan revealed a reason why to watch ‘Pathaan’ during an interaction with his fans on social media.

On Saturday, SRK conducted the #AskSRK session, during which a fan asked him about related to his upcoming thriller drama ‘Pathaan’.

One of the users, wrote, “Why should one go to watch Pathan movie?” to which SRK replied, “I guess maza aayega is liye…#Pathan.”

During the 15 minutes, #AskSRK session the ‘Don’ actor answered several questions about his career, his family, and the FIFA world cup.

SRK’s charismatic personality radiates in the massive fan following. The superstar has given the audience memorable films like ‘, ‘Kabhi Haan Kabhi Na’, ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’, ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’, ‘Kal Ho Naa Ho’, ‘Veer Zara’, and many more.

SRK in director Siddharth Anand’s next action thriller film ‘Pathaan’ alongside Deepika Padukone and John Abraham.

Shah Rukh portrays a gun-toting spy with a license to kill in the action-thriller film.

The film is all set to hit the theatres on January 25, 2023.

Makers of ‘Pathaan’ unveiled the first song ‘Besharam Rang’ on Monday which got massive responses from the audience.

While several liked the peppy track, there were also who found ‘Besharam Rang’ objectionable over the use of saffron and green costumes.

Apart from this, Shah Rukh Khan will be also seen in south director Atlee’s upcoming action thriller film ‘Jawan’ and director Rajkumar Hirani’s next film ‘Dunki’ opposite Taapsee Pannu. (ANI)

Deepika Teases Fans With Hot Avatar From ‘Besharam Rang’

Deepika Padukone is all set to treat her fans with her hot avatar in Pathaan’s first song ‘Besharam Rang’.

As ‘Besharam Rang’ will be unveiled on December 12, Deepika, on Friday, shared a glimpse of her look from the track.

In Besharam Rang’s poster, Deepika looks stunning as ever as she poses in golden swimwear.

“#BesharamRang out on 12th December!#Pathaan only at a big screen near you on 25th January 2023. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu,” she captioned the post.

As per the makers, the song is supposedly set to present Deepika at her hottest best and showcase the breathtaking chemistry between her and superstar Shah Rukh Khan.

Speaking more about the song, director Siddharth Anand said, “reveals, “Besharam Rang will present two of the biggest superstars of our generation Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone in their hottest avatar yet. For us, this one is the party anthem of the season that people have been waiting for and I’m confident that it will stay a party anthem for many, many years to come. So, I want to tell the fans and audience to patiently wait for the song when it releases on Monday morning! The wait for this one will be worth every second from now!”

Manushi Chillar Wraps Up Shooting For Movie ‘Tehran’

Actor Manushi Chillar has finished shooting for ‘Tehran’, which also stars John Abraham.

The film that went on-floors a few months ago, was shot exhaustively across Glasgow, Mumbai and Delhi. The third schedule of Tehran began in the last week of September and she shot over a period of 15 days, consisting of rigorous night shoots through the bylanes of Delhi.

Sharing her amazing experience of the shoot, Manushi said, “I want to learn and grow with every project that I get an opportunity to do. I want to constantly evolve into becoming an actor who is formidable in her craft and dependable to deliver performances that hopefully touch the hearts and minds of audiences. Tehran is one such film.”

She added, “Shooting for Tehran was an enriching experience. I learnt something new every single day! In the run up to the film’s wrap, I was only shooting nights! So, I might have ended up with 15 sleepless nights but I was satiated as an artiste because I got to understand the craft so differently, primarily because the genre is so exciting. This was my first long night shoot schedule of my career and I enjoyed it every single night.”

Manushi also expressed her gratitude to the makers.

“I have to thank my director Arun Gopalan and producer Dinesh Vijan for the opportunity to shine in their vision. I’m glad I found them as collaborators and mentors in my Tehran journey. I’m happy that I had a co-actor like John. He is a thorough professional and a gentleman and it was a pleasure to work and learn from him,” she said.

The action thriller, inspired by true events, marks the feature directorial debut of ad filmmaker Arun Gopalan and is produced by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films. (ANI)
