Kareena Ignored Shahid At DPIFF Awards 2024

Actors Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor recently attended the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards 2024. However, what grabbed the eyeball was how the ‘Jab We Met’ co-stars crossed each other’s paths on the red carpet.

The ace actors caught the attention of the fans and many of them raised questions as if Kareena ignored Shahid during the ceremony.

The viral video shows Shahid Kapoor carrying an award and standing with directors Raj and DK. As the photo session was going on, Kareena Kapoor came and greeted the directors as she moved past them to pose for the paparazzi. After Kareena went away, Shahid was spotted smiling while posing for the media. Kareena wore a gold shimmering gown and heels to the event. Shahid also looked stunning at the event.

While reacting to the video on X, one of the fans wrote, “Ah, this will forever be a thing!Jab they met”

Another wrote, “She did it purposely Ig..Look at his face..#ShaheedKapoor #KareenaKapoor#JabWeMet naaaaa!!!!!”

Kareena and Shahid worked together in movies like ‘Jab We Met’ and ‘Udta Punjab’ Kareena Kapoor’s Geet and Shahid Kapoor’s Aditya Kashyap from ‘Jab We Met’ are still etched in the minds and hearts of all Bollywood lovers.

Their relationship was earlier talk of the town before they both moved on in their lives.

Shahid was recently seen in ‘Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’. Written and directed by first-time filmmakers Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah, ‘Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’ features Shahid as a man who falls in love and decides to marry a robot, named Sifra (Kriti Sanon). The film opened to mixed reviews. The film also stars veteran stars Dharmendra and Dimple Kapadia.

While Kareena will be next seen in ‘The Crew’ alongside Kriti Sanon, Tabu and Diljit Dosanjh. She also has Rohit Shetty’s ‘Singham Again’ which also stars Ajay Devgn, Deepika Padukone, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh and Tiger Shroff in pivotal roles.

The grand award ceremony was also attended by other B-town celebs like Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukerji, Aditya Roy Kapur, Vikrant Massey, Nayanthara, Shahid Kapoor, Sandeep Reddy Vanga and others.(ANI)

Kareena Shares Glimpse Of ‘Zoom’ Meet View

Actor Kareena Kapoor has treated her fans with a ‘Zoom meeting view’.

On Wednesday, The ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’ actor took to Instagram Story and shared a picture of the view from her room. The pictures show the pool area with blue skies and lots of trees and a beach in the background.
She wrote, “Zoom meeting view for the day.”

Kareena also posted a picture of her husband Saif Ali Khan with a beautiful view. In the picture, Saif looks handsome in a dark blue shirt with black goggles.

Recently, The ‘Veere Di Wedding’ actor gave her fans a sneak peek into her beach day on Instagram stories. She captioned the post, “Summer times.”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Kareena will be seen in ‘The Crew’. Makers of the film also starring Tabu, Kriti Sanon and Dilji Dosanjh, on Sunday announced the film’s official release date. ‘The Crew’ is all set to hit the theatres on March 22, 2024.

She will also be seen in director Sujoy Ghosh’s thriller which is based on the book ‘The Devotion of Suspect X’. It also stars Vijay Varma and Jaideep Ahlawat. Apart from that, she also has director Hansal Mehta’s next untitled film in her kitty. (ANI)

Apart from Hrithik, Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Sonam Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, and Freida Pinto also marked their presence at the Red Sea International Film Festival.

Red Sea International Film Festival aims to become the top fest and market in the region and a key driver in the kingdom’s ongoing effort to build a film and TV industry practically from scratch after lifting its 35-year-old religion-related ban on cinema in 2017.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Hrithik was recently seen in an action thriller film ‘Vikram Vedha’ alongside Saif Ali Khan and Radhika Apte. Helmed by the director duo Pushkar-Gayatri, the film received positive feedback from the audience. (ANI)

Bollywood diva Malaika Arora is coming up with her show ‘Moving in with Malaika’.

On Friday, she took to Instagram and dropped a new clip from the show.
In the clip, we can see Malaika speaking about her ex-husband Arbaaz Khan. She also broke down in tears while discussing about her life with her friend and filmmaker Farah Khan.

“Every decision that I made in my life has been completely worth it. I am happy,” Malaika became teary-eyed while telling this to Farah.

Farah consoled her and said, “Aww, you look beautiful even when you cry.”

At the end of the clip, Malaika could be seen standing on a stage with a mic in her hands.

“I have gone on, my ex has moved on, when the F will you all move on?” Malaika said, evoking a loud cheer from her friends.

Malaika’s close friend and actor Kareena Kapoor Khan too marked her presence in the teaser.

“We all know Malaika as a very guarded person. The fact that she is doing a reality show is super interesting. It will be amazing to see somebody as gorgeous as Malaika to kind of open up. As a friend, I think she’s rock solid, super hot, and the original supermodel,” Kareena said.

The actor further wished Malaika saying, “Malla let your guard down and go for it. Be absolutely full of guts because of No Guts, No Glory.”

Kareena-Karisma Enjoy Maharashtrian Thali

The Kapoor sisters had a hearty Maharashtrian thali meal today and going by the pictures, it sure looks like a feast for food lovers!

Kareena and Karisma joined their nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar for a Maharashtrian lunch on Saturday.
Karisma took to Instagram to share glimpse of what their lunch looked like. Well, as mentioned by her, the ‘Thaali’ had typical Maharashtrian serves like Jhunka, Bhakri, Ambadi Bhaji, Kothibir Vadi, Sol Kadhi, and Bhopvyache Bharit.

In the photo, Kareena is seen wearing a white khadi co-ord set while her sister Karisma has donned a classic striped white kurta.

Karisma captioned the photo, “Maharashtrian thali meal day #Yumyum,” before adding the names of the dishes mentioned above.

Karisma also shared a photo on her story wherein she is seen seated on a dining table with Kareena and Rujuta, devouring the delicious meal!

Both Kareena and Karisma have had Rujuta as their nutritionist for years.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Kareena was seen in ‘Laal Singh Chadha’ opposite Aamir Khan. She also recently wrapped up shooting her OTT debut project helmed by Sujoy Ghosh. The film is based on the Japanese novel ‘The Devotion of Suspect X’, which also stars Jaideep Ahlawat and Vijay Varma in the lead roles.

She also has started preparing for Hansal Mehta’s film.

On the other hand, her sister Karisma is all set to come up with Brown, a project directed by Abhinay Deo of Delhi Belly fame. (ANI)

Riddhima Wishes Kareena On Her Birthday

Kareena is the daughter of veteran actor Randhir Kapoor and Babita Kapoor, whereas Riddhima is the daughter of Randhir’s real brother and late actor Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor.

Meanwhile, the ‘Tashan’ actor turned a year older today. She is known for her spectacular performances in films like ‘Kurbaan’, ‘Heroine’, ‘Jab We Met’ and many more.

From romantic to action thriller, the 41-year-old actor has proven her worth in every genre and is among one of the highest-paid female actors in Bollywood.

Kareena got married to actor Saif Ali Khan on October 16, 2012. In 2016, the two became parents to son Taimur and in February 2021 they welcomed Jeh. Saif was married to Amrita Singh before Kareena and they have two children together, Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan.

The couple has worked together in ‘LOC Kargil’ (2003), ‘Omkara’ (2006) and but it was on the sets of the 2008 film ‘Tashan’ that they fell in love with each other.
