Aditya Calls Ananya Pure Joy, Bliss

Actors Aditya Roy Kapur and Arjun Kapoor graced the famous ‘Koffee’ couch in the recent episode of the popular talk show ‘Koffee with Karan Season 8’.

During a conversation with the ‘Aashiqui 2’ actor KJo addressed the rumours of him dating actor Ananya Panday to which he wittily replied, “You see Karan you said on your show ‘Ask me no secrets and I’ll tell you no lies.”

Karan also told Aditya that in the earlier episode of ‘KWK 8’ Ananya said on she was feeling “very Ananya Coy Kapur,” to which the ‘Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani’ actor said “And I am Aditya Joy Kapur as of now.”

“You mean you’re joyously in a situationship?” Karan asked Aditya to which he replied, “I’m quite joyous”.

Karan also asked him the first word that comes to his mind when he say Ananya is “joy”?. To which, Aditya responded, “Joy, pure joy and bliss”.

Ananya and Aditya have been rumoured to be dating for some time. It all began when the two made a joint appearance at Kriti Sanon’s Diwali party last year. However, neither of them has confirmed the reports.

The two also reportedly visited Maldives recently to celebrate Ananya’s 25th birthday.

Aditya On Dating Rumours With Ananya

Actors Aditya Roy Kapur and Arjun Kapoor will be seen gracing the famous ‘Koffee’ couch in the upcoming episode of ‘Koffee with Karan season 8’.

Taking to Instagram, director Karan Johar shared the promo of the upcoming episode which he captioned, “Get seated, the boys aka Arjun Kapoor & Aditya Roy Kapur are on the koffee kouch this week and they are bringing the house down! #HotstarSpecials #KoffeeWithKaran Season 8 – new episode streams from 14th Dec, on Disney+ Hotstar! #KWKS8OnHotstar.”

In the new promo, KJo asked Aditya about his dating rumours with actor Ananya Panday to which quipped, “Ask me no secrets and I will tell you no lies.”

Karan also asked the ‘Fitoor’ actor what would he do if he got stuck in an elevator with Shraddha Kapoor and Ananya Panday.

Before Aditya could answer, Arjun interrupted and made a witty remark and said, “Aashiqui to zaroor karta par kiske saath wo nahi pata.”

Getting personal in the coffee shots round, Karan Johar asked, “Take a shot if you have dressed up from some offscreen roleplay”

“Handcuffs” replied Arjun Kapoor

Leaving us quite curious, Aditya Roy Kapur said, “Disney+ Hotstar can’t handle it!

Kajol, Rani Set To Expose KJo On ‘KWK 8’

Bollywood divas Rani Mukerji and Kajol have been captured on the famous ‘Koffee’ couch getting all candid about Karan Johar’s directorial debut ‘Kuch Kuch Hota hai’, 25 years ago. Both the actors starred in the film along with Shah Rukh Khan.

Taking to Instagram, Johar who is hosting Season 8 of ‘Koffee with Karan’ shared a promo video of the show and captioned it, “We’ve hit the [?] button hard enough to bring my first leading ladies – Kajol & Rani back on the Koffee couch & it’s nostalgia in the purest form!!!!”

As soon as the video was uploaded, fans and followers flooded the comment section.

One of the users wrote, “This looks like a riot…waiting eagerly.”

Another user commented, “Can’t waitttt ICONS FOREVER “

“I’m totally here for it! It going to be an epic episode [?],” another user commented.

In the beginning of the promo, Rani is heard telling Karan Johar, “I want to expose you.”

To which the filmmaker responded, “Don’t say such things,” while Kajol added, “I like this show already.”

Reminiscing about ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ and his father, Yash Johar, Karan Johar said, “I remember we were shooting Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, he was outside Mehboob Studios on the road talking, and Sanjay Dutt said,” Yash Ji, aap yahan kya kar rahe ho?” So, he says “Mere bete ne set lagaya hai main road par aagaya hun”

During one of the conversations, Rani also reminded Karan of how he snatched food from her and hit her during the shoot of ‘KKHH’.

Rani Mukerji says, “You snatched food from my hand, you hit me.” In his defence, Karan says, “I didn’t hit you.” Rani Mukerji says, “What lies!”

Fueling the fire, Kajol jokes, “Abuse! It was abuse”

Kajol also at one point in the show declares that she is walking out. “I can’t take it anymore” and pretending that she is angry and got up from the couch. “I am staging a walk out right now. Cut!”

‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’, released on October 16, 1998 and went on to bag several awards and received an overwhelming response from the audience and critics alike.

Apart from the lead cast, the flick also starred Salman Khan, Archana Puran Singh, Anupam Kher,and Johny Lever.

The movie proved to be a trendsetter of the ’90s. From cementing the trend of gifting friendship bands on Friendship Day to SRK’s ‘cool’ pendant and Anjali’s bob-cut, the film set the pace for many new trends.

Varun Admits Stalking Aisha’s Social Media

Actors Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra were seen gracing the famous ‘Koffee’ couch on the recent episode of ‘Koffee with Karan Season 8’.

‘Student of the Year’ was directed by Karan Johar and launched the careers of Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, and Sidharth Malhotra.

During the episode, Varun admitted to stalking Aisha Sharma on social media.

In a candid moment on the latest episode of Koffee With Karan season 8, Varun revealed details about the celebrity he stalked the most on Instagram.

During the rapid-fire round, he playfully confessed to stalking Aisha Sharma’s social media.

He said, “I think she puts out cool quotes, works out a lot and she’s pretty also.”

Interestingly, this isn’t Varun’s first time praising Aisha.

He previously in the last season stated that he believes the Sharma sisters, Neha and Aisha, have the hottest gym clicks.

Karan Johar also recalled a LOL moment in which Varun sold photos of Shah Rukh Khan to SRK fans in Los Angeles.

“I will never forget the day we were shooting at UCLA in Los Angeles, where there was a crowd of people hounding Shah Rukh Khan but they had no access to Shah Rukh Khan so guess who was giving photographs to the fans on the side,” KJO said.

To, which Varun Dhawan said that Sidharth Malhotra also sold the photos to admirers. Varun added, “Even he took pictures.”

Then Sidharth said, “You want a pic with SRK, and they get so excited and were all like, Yeah, oh my God. He (Varun) was selling Shah Rukh Khan’s pictures to the girls there.”

Karan Johar then asked Varun, “Were you really bartering Shah Rukh Khan’s pics for yourself?”

Varun Dhawan replied, “Sid was also taking pics, he picked up 2-3 numbers also.”

Meanwhile, Varun was recently seen in director Nitesh Tiwari’s romantic drama film ‘Bawaal’ opposite Janhvi Kapoor.

The film premiered exclusively on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video and received positive responses from the audience.

He will be next seen in the Indian adaptation of the Hollywood series ‘Citadel’ opposite actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu.

It is an Indian adaptation of the Russo Brothers’ series of the same name. Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden headlined the international version. The release date of the Indian version of Citadel is awaited. Raj and DK have created the Indian version. (ANI)

Sara Opens Up About Equation With Kartik Post Breakup

The latest episode of ‘Koffee with Karan’ season 8 saw actresses Sara Ali Khan and Ananya Panday gracing the famous talk show couch.

In a candid conversation with host Karan Johar, the two opened up about their personal and professional lives.

Surprisingly, Karan also claimed that at one point, Sara and Anaya dated the same actor, Kartik Aaryan.

Karan initiated the topic of Kartik by asking whether it’s easier for them to be cordial with each other considering they once dated the same guy.

Instead of mentioning names, Sara talked about dating and breakups in general.

“I don’t want to say that ya, it’s all easy because then it comes across as a little more frivolous than it is. It isn’t always easy. When you are involved with anybody, whether it’s friends, professionally, romantically, espically if I am, I get involved and invested. It is not like, ‘Oh yeah, it doesn’t really matter, whatever its today, whatever its tomorrow’. It’s not like that. It does affect you. But ultimately you have to rise beyond that,” Sara said.

She added, “I have realised, without sounding semi negative, there are actually no predicaments in this business. In my limited experience, there is no point making permanent best friendships, pinky promises saying I’ll never talk to you again. All these nevers and always nahi hota (doesn’t happen).”

Karan then told Sara and Ananya about his past rifts with his closest friends Kareena Kapoor Khan and Kajol.

Karan revealed, “Twice in my life, I had differences with close friends of mine. One was with Kareena way back in 2003, we didn’t speak for a year and half. It was over a film, it was over Kal Ho Na Ho and it was only when my father was diagnosed with cancer that actually she called me, she was silent, I was silent. She was like I don’t know what to say, I said, don’t say anything, I know you are there. When he passed away, she was in Bangkok, we still had not mended, the point she landed from her shoot, she came home. We spent all night just chatting. We went back to where we were. When we fought, I said I am never going to speak with her again.”

Talking about his rift with Kajol, he said, “It happened years later, with Kajol, which was also like such an emotional bond. We felt we would never be together, both landed up. I remember messaging Kajol when my babies were born and we haven’t spoken in two years. I just sent her images of Yash and Roohi. I said you don’t need to reply but these are what my children look like – Yash and Roohi. She messaged back and she said, I am just full of love right now. Month later, she said it’s my birthday, you don’t have to come but I went. We hugged, we cried and it was done.”

Did Sara, Ananya Date Same Person In Past?

On Monday, Karan Johar took to social media and shared the show’s new promo. In the short clip, the young artistes could be seen candidly discussing their personal lives.

They even talked about how ‘someone’ famous dated Janhvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan and Ananya Panday in the past.

Karan began the show by telling them, “You have ex-boyfriends in common.” To which, Sara replied, “That’s a very good start to the show and I like suspicious talks.” Later, Ananya cheekily added, “Let’s address ‘Liger’ in the room.”

Soon after the teaser came out, internet users began wondering who the guy is about whom they are discussing about.

Many assumed that Karan was talking about Vijay Deverakonda.

Sara even denied dating cricketer Shubman Gill and hinted he was in fact in a relationship with Sachin Tendulkar’s daughter Sara Tendulkar

When Karan asked Sara about ‘alleged rumours’ of her dating duhubman Gill, the actor replied, “You have got the wrong Sara guys. Sara ka sara duniya galat Sara ke piche pada hai (The whole world is after the wrong Sara).”
