Shahid, Mira At Half-Bro Ruhaan-Manukriti’s Wedding

Shahid Kapoor with his wife Mira attended the wedding of his half-brother Ruhaan with Manukriti, an intimate affair, culminating in a perfect family picture.

The son of veteran actors Pankaj Kapur and Supriya Pathak, Ruhaan Kapoor recently tied the knot with the daughter of Manoj Pahwa and Seema Pahwa, Manukriti Pahwa.

Pre-wedding festivities were hosted by both the family on Saturday in Mumbai.

On Sunday, bride-to-be Manukriti shared a perfect family picture on her Instagram handle and captioned it, “Had the most perfect day, with the most perfect family ever!! 28.08.2023. Will always be the most special.”

The frame features Pankaj and Supriya with their daughter Sanah Kapoor. Shahid with his wife Mira Rajput and kids- Misha and Zain.

Apart from the family, what caught the attention was father-son duo Shahid and Zain as they looked dapper in traditional attire.

As soon as the picture was uploaded, fans and industry friends flooded the comment section with sweet messages.

One of the users wrote, “Perfect frame.”

“Lovely family picture. Stay blessed, another commented.

Meanwhile, Ruhaan Kapoor and his sister, Sanah Kapur, were both married in the same family.

Shahid Shares Glimpse Of Exhausting Night Shoots

Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor on Tuesday shared a glimpse of his exhausting night shoots.

Taking to Instagram, Shahid shared a picture on his stories which he captioned, “These night shoots I tell you”.

In the picture, Shahid looks extremely tired and could be seen donning a black jacket.

The ‘Kabir Singh’ actor enjoys a massive fan following on social media and frequently shares his pictures and videos on Instagram.

Shahid tied the knot with Mira Rajput in 2015. They are also parents to daughter Misha, who was born in 2016.

On July 7 this year, the couple completed 7 years of togetherness.

On the work front, Shahid was last seen in Gowtam Tinnanuri’s sports drama film ‘Jersey’ with Mrunal Thakur which failed to impress the audience at the box office despite him getting positive reviews for his performance.

He has some interesting projects lined up for 2023.

Shahid will be next seen in director Ali Abbas Zafar’s upcoming action film ‘Bloody Daddy’. The official release date of the film is still awaited.

Along with this, he will be soon making his grand OTT debut with Raj and DK’s upcoming web series ‘Farzi’ along with south actor Vijay Sethupathi, which will stream exclusively on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video. (ANI)

Mira Rajput Opens Up On Being A ‘Star Wife’

Mira Rajput, who is a content creator and married to Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor, has spoken about being labelled as a ‘star wife’ whenever she is talked about in media.

Mira recently spoke on the subject while appearing as a guest alongside rapper Badshan on the first episode of ‘Social Media Star With Janice’ season 5, hosted by Janice Sequeira.

Talking about the label of being a ‘star wife’ and why even the children of stars should not be labelled similarly, she said, “We ought to get over it now. Maybe it was an association that one needed to make for recall value. But even if you put that on a kid, and you say star kid, people don’t like listening to ‘star kid’ for all of its nepotistic connotations and all of that.”

“But that term is still in use like it needs to kind of find its way out and likewise, I have never understood the concept of a star wife, what does that mean?” she added.

Questioning why the husband of a star is not referred to as a star husband, Mira stated, “You can have an actor or celebrity or a star who has a wife or a husband, nobody says star husband, why is there a star wife?”

Mira, who is 13 years younger than Shahid, had an arranged marriage with the actor. The duo tied the knot in 2015. They are also parents to daughter Misha and son Zain, who were born in 2016 and 2018 respectively. (ANI)
