Sara Drops Video Of Her Rigorous Workout

Sara Ali Khan is currently occupied with two of her projects ‘Murder Mubarak’ and ‘Ae Watan Mere Watan’. Despite her busy schedule, she finds time for her physical fitness. She recently shared a video of her workout session motivating her fans to stay fit and healthy.

Taking to her Instagram handle, she posted a video of an intense gym workout. She is seen in the video effortlessly performing strenuous workouts with grace. Spreading around positive energy and happiness, she captioned the post interestingly.

She wrote, “Pehle stomach burn..Ab abs ka turn..You gotta work so you can earn..The sarso ka saag for which you yearn”

Many of her fans dropped heart emojis on her post.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Sara will be next seen in ‘Ae Watan Mere Watan’, which is a fictional tale set against the backdrop of 1942’s Quit India Movement.

The movie is inspired by real events and chronicles a pivotal chapter from India’s quest for Independence. The film pays tribute to both– the celebrated as well as the unsung heroes and encapsulates the bravery, patriotism, sacrifice, and persistence exhibited by the youth of India during the freedom movement, as per a statement from the film’s PR team.

Directed by Kannan Iyer, ‘Ae Watan Mere Watan’ is written by Iyer, along with Darab Farooqui. The film features Sara Ali Khan in the lead along with Sachin Khedekar, Abhay Verma, Sparsh Shrivastav, Alexx O’Neil, and Anand Tiwari in pivotal roles and a special guest appearance by Emraan Hashmi.

The film will be streaming on an OTT platform from March 21.

She will also be seen in the murder mystery ‘Murder Mubarak’, also starring Pankaj Tripathi and Karisma Kapoor. Makers recently unveiled the official trailer of the film.

‘Murder Mubarak’ is based on Anuja Chauhan’s novel ‘Club You To Death’. The murder mystery has been directed by Homi Adajania and it has been produced by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films. (ANI)

Pankaj, Sara, Karisma’s ‘Murder Mubarak’ To Be Out In March

Pankaj Tripathi, Sara Ali Khan and Karisma Kapoor-starrer ‘Murder Mubarak’ will be released on Netflix.

The film will hit the streaming giant on March 15.

On Monday, the makers unveiled the film’s promo, leaving netizens intrigued. Sanjay Kapoor, Vijay Varma, Tisca Chopra, Dimple Kapadia and Suhail Nayyar are also a part of the film.

In the promo, Pankaj Tripathi can be seen essaying the role of a non-traditional cop who is involved in a murder investigation.

Homi Adajania has helmed the flm.

Sharing more details about ‘Murder Mubarak’, Homi Adajania in a statement said,”Murder Mubarak is a cinematic concoction of actors that are loved across genres and generations and believe me each one of them has done such a fab job in bringing these eccentric characters to life. This film has that binge-worthy magic that lends itself to a compulsive watch. It’s a colorful murder mystery that will make you want to rewind and watch it over again when you wonder how you missed all the clues in this breadcrumb-laden whodunnit. Dinesh Vijan, Producer, Maddock Films, has also shared his views.

“This is the sixth project that Homi and I are diving into and I wanted to up the ante by finding a uniquely entertaining narrative and then this happened! Also to have such an eclectic ensemble bring to life a script that is one of the quirkier and more entertaining murder mysteries that I’ve read was very exciting for me,” he shared.

Tisca Joins Sara, Karisma Starrer ‘Murder Mubarak’

Actor Tisca Chopra is the new addition to the star cast of producer Dinesh Vijan’s upcoming film ‘Murder Mubarak’.

Taking to Instagram, on Tuesday, Tisca shared announced the news with a picture which she captioned, “And it starts .. a new story, a new life to live and many new friends ..Wish us luck lobsters.”

In the picture, the ‘Taare Zameen Par’ actor could be seen holding the clapboard of the film.

Helmed by Homi Adajania, the film stars Sara Ali Khan and Karisma Kapoor in the lead roles.

Soon after Tisca shared the picture, fans swamped the comment section with red heart emoticons and congratulatory messages for the actor.

“Best of luck Tisca jee,” a user wrote.

Another user wrote, “Good luck Tisca. Looking forward”

“Very nice. All the best,” a fan wrote.

Tisca’s post indicates that the film also stars Kunal Kemmu, Pankaj Tripathi, Dimple Kapadia, Sanjay Kapoor and Vijay Varma in pivotal roles.

The official release date of ‘Murder Mubarak’ is still awaited.

Meanwhile, Tisca was recently seen in the thriller series ‘Dahan’, which premiered on the OTT platform Disney+ Hotstar and gathered a positive response from the audience.

Sara, on the other hand, will be also seen in director Laxman Utekar’s next untitled romantic drama film alongside actor Vicky Kaushal. She also has ‘Gaslight’ with Vikrant Massey and Chitrangada Singh, and Karan Johar’s next ‘Ae Watan Mere Watan’ in which she will play a brave freedom fighter in a fictional tale set against the backdrop of the Quit India Movement in 1942.

Talking about Karisma Kapoor’s work front she will be seen in the upcoming drama series ‘Brown’, directed by Abhinay Deo. Backed by Zee Studios, the noir show is based on the book the City of Death by Abheek Barua. Brown revolves around Rita Brown, an alcoholic cop, who forms an unlikely alliance with a widower with survivor’s guilt to solve the murder of a young girl. (ANI)
