Neetu Wishes Alia, Ranbir On Raha’s First Lohri

Veteran actor Neetu Kapoor, on Friday, extended heartfelt wishes to her daughter-in-law Alia Bhatt and son Ranbir Kapoor as they celebrate the first Lohri with their daughter Raha.

Taking to Instagram, Neetu shared a picture on her story and wrote, “Happy first Lohri.”

In the picture, Alia and Ranbir can be seen holding their daughter, and a small football jersey hangs on the wall that reads “Raha”.

The ‘Brahmastra’ couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor welcomed a baby girl on November 6 last year.

Announcing the baby’s arrival, Alia via an Instagram post said, “And in the best news of our lives:- Our baby is here…and what a magical girl she is. We are officially bursting with love – Blessed and obsessed PARENTS!!!! Love love love Alia and Ranbir.”

The power couple announced their pregnancy in June this year.

They tied their knot on April 14, 2022, after dating for years at Ranbir’s Mumbai residence in an intimate ceremony.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Neetu recently announced the wrap of her upcoming film ‘Letters to Mr. Khanna’.

Alia, on the other hand, was recently seen in the sci-fi action film ‘Brahmastra: Part 1- Shiva’ alongside Ranbir, Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy. Helmed by Ayan Mukerji, the film was declared a blockbuster hit.

Sana Saeed a.k.a Anjali from the hit film ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ got engaged to her longtime boyfriend Csaba Wagner.

Taking to Instagram, Sana treated fans with a glimpse of her dreamy proposal.
In the video, Csaba went down on his knee and pulled out a ring, Sana got emotional and said yes. They hugged each other and sealed it with a kiss.

Actor Tanuj Virwani wrote, “Wowwwww congratulations.”

Actor Mukti Mohan dropped sweet wishes and wrote, “Whooaa. Stay blessed you two!!Congratulations.”

Talking about Csaba is a company director and supervising sound engineer based out of Los Angeles. He often shared pictures with Sana on social media.

Alia Bhatt bids goodbye to the year 2022 by treating fans with a video montage of a couple of pictures, which did not make it to Instagram.

From Alia trying out her bridal outfit and a glimpse of her hairstyle for her haldi ceremony, the video feature all.
Sharing the video with pictures, she wrote, “pics that never made it to the gram.”

Alia Bhatt smiled with Shaheen Bhatt as they both posed for the camera on Christmas Eve.

The ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ actor took to her Instagram stories to share a Holiday-themed snap with her sister.

“Merry Merry With My Cherry”, the ‘Student of the Year actor wrote on the image with a cherry emoji.

The snap featured Alia dressed in a red turtle-necked sweater with a Santa hat. While Shaheen was seen wearing an olive green outfit with Christmas headgear. Both smiled brightly for the camera as they stood in front of their Christmas tree.

Earlier in the day, the Highway actor took to Instagram to share a picture of herself attempting a complex Yoga posture.

“One and a half months post-partum, after gradually re-building my connection with my core, and with full guidance from my teacher @anshukayoga I was able to attempt this inversion today,” she wrote in the caption.

The picture featured the ‘Student of the Year actor hanging upside down by ropes with her hands folded. She was wearing black-colored gym wear with her hair tied into a bun.

In her caption, Alia shared some advice for other women who recently entered their post-partum period.

“To my fellow mamas, listening to your body post-delivery is key. Do NOT do anything your gut tells you not to. For the first week or two during my workouts, all I did was breathe… walk… find my stability and balance again (& I still have a long way to go) Take your time – appreciate what your body has done. After what my body did this year I have taken a vow to never be hard on myself again. Childbirth is a miracle in every way, and giving your body that love and support that it gave you is the least we can do,” she wrote.

The ‘Brahmastra’ couple welcomed a baby girl around 12:05 pm on November 6.

Neetu Kapoor is one happy grandmother with the arrival of Alia and Ranbir’s baby girl!

On Sunday evening, Neetu expressed her excitement while speaking to the media. She also gave Alia Bhatt’s health update. Neetu Kapoor said, “I am really happy about the birth of a baby girl. Alia is absolutely okay and everything is fine.”
Neetu has also been quite active on social media, responding to and reporting every congratulatory wish on her Instagram stories.
