Shilpa Starts First Day Of April With Fun Workout

It’s a no-brainer that almost all Bollywood celebs are fitness freaks and actor Shilpa Shetty Kundra is one of them who religiously follows the regime to stay fit. The actor kicked off the first day of April.

Taking to Instagram, Shilpa shared a video of herself performing the interesting yet challenging workout.

After performing an exercise, Shilpa does the happy dance.

Sharing the clip, she wrote, “First day of the week and Monday of April. Add to that the feeling of successfully attempting this workout on the First try. It isn’t as easy as it seems, but it’s a fab core workout. The person at the top should perform a pike, while the person at the bottom performs a weighted sit-up keeping a strong tight form (If you aren’t synchronised, it can lead to a fall) Did it with @yashmeenchauhan, my gym buddy.”

As soon as the video was uploaded fans chimed in the comment section.

One of the users wrote, “Exercise toh nahi but I can copy that crazy dance step perfectly.”

Another user commented, “Great energy.”

Shilpa never misses a chance to inspire her fans with a fitness regime. She often posts videos on Instagram to inspire people to take up this form of exercise seriously in life.

Raveena, Sonali, Shilpa Pose Together

Taking fans back to the 90s, Bollywood divas Raveena Tandon, Sonali Bendre and Shilpa Shetty posed together at actor Gayatri Joshi’s new home.

Taking to Instagram, Raveena shared a string of pictures from Sunday evening.

In one of the pictures, Raveena posed for a selfie with Gayatri Joshi.

The next image captured Shilpa Shetty, Sonali Bendre, Raveena and Gayatri posing together on the rooftop.

Shilpa wore an animal-printed short dress, Sonali opted for a beige top and brown pants look and Raveena on the other was seen in an all-black printed co-ord set.

Sharing the pictures, she wrote, “A fun evening ! #friendslikefamily . A beautiful home, filled with warmth, love, laughter and old friendships. Thank you for the lovely evening.”

Shilpa also dropped a group picture on her Instagram Stories and wrote, “Bringing the 90s back. Congratulations @gayatrioberoi on your new casa… what a fun night!!!”

Gayatri Joshi, who was born in Nagpur, Maharashtra, began her career as a video jockey. She departed after that to go after her goal of becoming the Femina India beauty pageant winner. She represented India at Miss International 2000 after winning the Femina Miss India International title in 2000. She starred in Ashutosh Gowariker’s directorial 2004 movie ‘Swades’, which is all about an NRI NASA engineer who visits his Indian roots. The movie received positive reviews, and Gayatri Joshi was praised for her “mature” portrayal.

In 2005, she tied the knot with businessman Vikas Oberoi. She has also worked as an advertising model and appeared in a number of music videos, including Hans Raj Hans’ ‘Jhanjaria and ‘Kaghaz Ki Kashti’ by Jagjit Singh.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Shilpa was last seen in the family entertainer film ‘Sukhee’ which was released in theatres on September 22.

Check Out Shilpa’s Message On Yoga Day

Though Shilpa Shetty is on holiday, it hasn’t stopped her from exercising.

As it’s International Yoga Day today, Shilpa took to Instagram and dropped a video of her performing yoga against a scenic backdrop.
Alongside the clip, Shilpa urged everyone to make Yoga a part of their life.

“A spark of a smile can spread the fire of happiness around us. But to be able to do so, one needs to be happy within… Make Yoga a part of your lives too, for a healthy mind, body, and soul. As they say, a healthy person is a happy person. Wishing everyone a Happy & Healthy Yoga Day..Atmanamaste,” she wrote.

Shilpa has been practising yoga for years now. She had earlier launched a holistic health app known that caters to yoga, exercise, diet programs, and immunity.

Shilpa once took to her Instagram to share, “Yoga adds years to your life and life to your years.” She mentioned that she believes this saying to be very accurate. She starts the day with yoga as it sets the tone for the rest of the day. She shares that she does the Eka pada Utkatasana (one-legged chair pose) and goes into Anjaneyasana (low lunge).

Actor Shilpa Shetty keeps inspiring her fans with her fitness regime and diet plan. Her toned body and glamorous look motivate many women to have a healthy lifestyle. She has defied the concept of ageing and set an example of ageing gracefully. The actor recently shared her workout video and an inspiring post, leaving fans in awe of her personality and strength.

Taking to Instagram, Shilpa dropped a video of her performing Parsva Bakasana (Side Crow Pose).
In a caption, she also explained the benefits of the arm balancing asana.

“Starting a new month on a Monday is quite a refreshing feeling, actually! I’m all geared up to make a list and achieve some goals..That determination is what pushed me to practice the Parsva Bakasana (Side Crow Pose), which is one of the more advanced asanas. It’s a powerful hand-balancing pose that helps strengthen the arms and the core. Monday Motivation: Shilpa, Sanjay Set Fitness Goals

Bollywood celebs not only drive their Monday blues away with ‘Monday Motivations’ posts but also encourage common people to take up something they enjoy!

Fitness freak Shilpa Shetty’s ‘Monday Motivation’ post is all about working out to the tunes of some peppy numbers. Reason? The ‘Baazigar’ actor has already started preps for the World Dance Day that will be celebrated on April 29.
She wrote in the caption, “World Dance Day will be celebrated on Saturday around the globe, but I’d love to celebrate it through the week. So, I decided to add a fun element to some core exercises.”

Elaborating the details of her fitness regime, the actor said, “This routine works the core muscles; which consist of pelvic, lower back, glute and abdominal muscles. The best part of this is that holding the ‘V Stance’ by itself engages the core to a great extent. By adding some shoulder shimmies, leg movements, and Russian twists; the V Stance becomes unstable and difficult to hold. That further challenges the core. It was so much fun that I ended up adding few sets of these to my core training day. How many reps can you do? Make a remix reel and don’t forget to tag me!”

Fans loved Shilpa’s dedication. One wrote, “Super.” Another one wrote, “Kya baat hain Shilpa Ma’am!”

Sanjay Dutt has also shared his Monday Motivation post with all enthusiasm. The video posted by him shows him sweating hard at the gym. The caption said, “Start your week strong#MondayMotivation #DuttsTheWay.”

Amitabh Captures 5 Planets Aligned Together

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan on Tuesday beautifully captured the rare view of the sky with five planets aligned together.

In the video, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Uranus are all are beautifully aligned in a straight line.

Sharing the video, he wrote, “What A Beautiful Sight…! 5 Planets Aligned Together Today… Beautiful And Rare… Hope You Witnessed It too.”

As soon as the video was posted it garnered more than eight million views and 2 million likes. The members from the industry also chimed in the comment section.

Shilpa Shetty wrote, “Wow.”

Sanjay Dutt’s wife Maanayata wrote, “Amazing!”

Siddhanth Kapoor dropped a comment, “Amazing this was so so beautiful, captured this by Stellarium this amazing App. I posted this too sometime back.”

Meanwhile, Megastar is recovering from the injury sustained on the sets of ‘Project K’ and also has resumed work.

He also restarted his Sunday ritual of greeting his fans stationed outside ‘Jalsa’.

Taking to his blog on Monday, Amitabh shared pictures from his meet and greet session with fans. In the images, he can be seen wearing a homemade sling.

“And the work continues .. the Sunday blessings of the well wishers .. my love affection and gratitude .. they still come .. me in homemade sling and the grey. PS .. a patch of grey behind the hair ; ‘no time to get the nature fair .. but now that resumption does invite, shall attend to it and make it bright,” he wrote.

He also added, “The breathing done in the ‘yaam’ for now ; off to work, in defiance somehow ; the Ef renders, this is beyond allow ; but work I must , to them I bow !!! There is a flood of well wishers here, but space and limits do not allow ..so shall be posting another Blog , patience please, doing it now!!”

Big B also shared pictures of the fans who were gathered outside his residence with his posters and banners.

It was earlier in March when Amitabh revealed that he suffered the injury during the shooting of ‘Project K’ in Hyderabad. He shared that he broke his rib cartilage.

“In Hyderabad at the shoot for Project K, during an action shot, got injured, rib cartilage popped broke and muscle tear to the right rib cage. Canceled shoot, did doctor consult & scan by CT at AIG Hospital in Hyderabad and flown back home,” posted Amitabh.

He got injured during an action sequence of the film. He, unfortunately, suffered a muscle tear to his right rib cage.

Helmed by Nag Ashwin, ‘Project K’ is a bilingual film shot simultaneously in two languages i.e., Hindi and Telugu across various locations. Deepika Padukone and Prabhash are playing pivotal roles in the film. Apart from that, he will also be seen in Ribhu Dasgupta’s next courtroom drama film ‘Section 84’. (ANI)

Sherlyn Will Be Arrested Soon: Raj Kundra

Businessman Raj Kundra has alleged that actress Sherlyn Chopra produces ‘filth’ on the streaming site OnlyFans.

On Tuesday, Raj took to Twitter and reacted to a tweet about Sherlyn producing adult content. Raj’s reaction on Twitter comes a year later after Sherlyn filed a complaint against him for sexual harassment.
“This is my exact point! Who is she blaming for her own produced X rate content on only fans that she has monetised! She is talking about vulgarity and women rights yet producing this kind of filth! She will be arrested soon..matter of time! She is a menace 2 society! @MahaCyber1,” Raj tweeted.

Sherlyn had filed a complaint against Raj and his wife, actor Shilpa Shetty for fraud and mental harassment in October, 2021.

At that time, Raj was being investigated for his links to apps that produced pornographic content. He was even arrested in July 2021 for allegedly producing pornographic videos and was granted bail in September.

He was booked under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code, the Indecent Representation of Women (Prevention) Act and the Information Technology Act.

Raj and Shilpa filed a Rs 50 crore defamation suit against Sherlyn and demanded a public apology. (ANI)

Directed by Anil Sharma, the upcoming film is the sequel to the much-loved family drama ‘Apne’, which was released in 2007. The film, which revolves around the importance of family bonds, also starred Kirron Kher, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, and Katrina Kaif.
