Hrithik Dances To ‘Ek Pal Ka Jeena’ At Red Sea Film Festival

Hrithik Roshan added Bollywood tadka to the Red Sea International Film Festival with his presence.

From talking about Hindi films to dancing to his famous track ‘Ek Pal Ka Jeena’, Hrithik enthralled the audience at the event in the best way possible.
His dance on ‘Ek Pal Ka Jeena’ from his debut film ‘Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai’ made everyone nostalgic for obvious reasons. It was an impromptu dance performance as there was no music available at the venue. Hrithik sang the tune and performed the hook step of the song, evoking loud cheers from the audience.

The particular video, which was shared on the Instagram page of Stellar Entertainment, went viral and received heartfelt reactions from netizens.

“Nostalgia feels…Hrithik rocks,” a social media user commented.

“Wow… this is an evergreen hook step,” another one wrote.

Post his session, the actor even met the international icon, Jackie Chan. The two posed for a photo together.

He also bumped into Pakistani actress Mahira Khan.

Several images surfaced online in which the actors are seen seated next to each other. Hrithik looked dapper in a black suit and bow tie, while Mahira looked drop-dead gorgeous in a shimmery cape gown.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Hrithik was recently seen in an action thriller film ‘Vikram Vedha’ alongside Saif Ali Khan and Radhika Apte. Helmed by the director duo Pushkar-Gayatri, the film received positive feedback from the audience. He will be next seen in Fighter, which also stars Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor. (ANI)

SRK and Kajol were twinning in black for the special screening of their film ‘DDLJ’. SRK also received a special honour at the Red Sea Film Festival.

“I am truly honoured to receive this award from the Red Sea International Film Festival. It’s wonderful to be here among my fans from Saudi and the region who have always been huge supporters of my films. I’m looking forward to celebrating the region’s talent and being a part of this exciting film community. The film is a unifier because it transits shared human experiences across cultures. You like a film because it stirs your emotions, be it in whatever language or culture it is from. And Thank God for subtitles. It brings all that is human to the fore and it shows perhaps better than any other art, how despite the immense diversity of the world we live in, our basic pursuits and emotions are the same,” he said after receiving the award.

“Cinema celebrates diversity. It doesn’t stop short of fully exploring differences. And doing so, in the most beautiful fashion, it teaches us not to be afraid of those differences,” SRK added.

Apart from Shah Rukh and Kajol, AR Rahman and Priyanka Chopra were also amongst the other attendees at the opening ceremony of the Red Sea Film Festival. (ANI)
