Baniya Hun, Hisaab Lekar Aaya Hun: Shah In MP

Union Home Minister Amit Shah launched a scathing attack on the INDIA bloc and the Congress in poll-bound Madhya Pradesh alleging that the Congress was in no position to guarantee anything.

Addressing a rally in Vidisha, Amit Shah said “These INDI Alliance people and Congress people cannot do any good to the MP. Right now Congress has given 5 guarantees. I want to say that what guarantee will those give who do not have their own guarantee? Modi ji has done what he had said in these 9 years. I want to ask Kamal Nath that during the 10 years of UPA’s government at the Centre, how much money did the Sonia Gandhi-Manmohan Singh government give to the MP? From 2004-14, they gave Rs 2 lakh crore to MP and Modi ji increased it to Rs 6 lakh 35 thousand crore in 9 years. Apart from this, Rs 5 lakh crore were given for different schemes.”

” I am a trader; I have brought all the accounts (Main to Baniya hun pura hisaab lekar aaya hun),” he added.

Further, Home Minister Amit Shah announced that if his party forms the government in MP, then there will be an increase in various schemes of the centre for the state.

“Congress talks about the welfare of the poor. They did not eliminate poverty but only eliminated the poor. Modi ji has taken many steps for the poor in 9 years. Only in MP, Rs 6000 has been sent to the accounts of 93 lakh farmers every year. If our government forms, we will increase the price from Rs 6000 to Rs 12000. Tap water is supplied to the homes of 65 lakh poor people. Approximately 3 crore 70 lakh people are provided free of cost expenses up to Rs 5 lakh under Ayushman Bharat. If our government is formed, then in the coming days the free treatment of Rs 5 lakh will become Rs 10 lakh,” Amit Shah said.

Praising PM Modi, Amit Shah said that the country’s economy which was at number 11 has been brought to number 5 in just 9 years.

“Modi ji brought the heads of states from all over the world here and spread the flag of India’s diplomacy in the world with the Delhi Declaration. Modi ji has done the work of respecting women with 33 percent reservation in the House. Congress did the work of hanging the Ram temple issue. Rahul Baba used to say that the temple will be built there… but will not tell the date. The date is January 22, 2024,” Amit Shah said. (ANI)

MP: Cows Walk Over Devotees In Unique Diwali Tradition

“Madhya Pradesh Ajab Hai, Sabse Gajab Hai”
(the state is strange, most amazing) – a popular slogan among the citizens of the state – has been re-enacted once again, this time in Ujjain district, where cows walked over men as part of their tradition.

This unique tradition took place in Bhidavad village of Badnagar tehsil, located 75 kilometers away from the district headquarters, on Monday.

The ritual is performed here on the morning after the Diwali festival, and the devotees believe that by following this ritual, their wishes will come true.

According to locals, the cows were worshipped in the village in the morning, and then people lay down on the ground while the cows walked over them. People believe that 33 crore Gods and Goddesses reside in cows, and by allowing cows to walk over them, one receives the blessings of the Gods.

In addition, participants in this tradition must follow another age-old custom.

Devotees fast for five days, and a day before Diwali, they stay in the village temple throughout the night. They also perform bhajans and kirtans there.

On the second day of Diwali, morning puja is conducted, and then people circumambulate the village with drums. During this, all the cows of the village are gathered at one place. Subsequently, people lie down on the ground, and the cows are released to pass over them by trampling, they explained.

After the cows passed over, the devotees stood up and danced to the drum beats, creating an atmosphere of happiness throughout the entire village. People from nearby villages also come to witness this moment with enthusiasm.

Notably, none of the devotees suffered any major injuries during this traditional celebration, as claimed by locals. (ANI)

Cong Doesn’t Want Support Of Hindus: Acharya Pramod Krishnam

Congress leader and spiritual guru Acharya Pramod has attacked the Congress leadership for taking what he calls is an ‘Anti-Hindu’ stand. This he feels is one of the reasons for him not being asked to join the party campaign in Madhya Pradesh.

“There is no reason to be upset. Maybe they (the party leadership) don’t want the support of Hindus and maybe they find some flaw in the motive of appointing a Hindu guru as a star campaigner. This is a decision of the party. I have felt that there are some leaders in Congress who hate Lord Ram. These leaders also hate the word ‘Hindu’, they want to insult Hindu religious gurus. They don’t like that there should be a Hindu religious guru in the party” Acharya Pramod Krishnam said in an exclusive interview with ANI.

Acharya Krishnam also raised serious questions on the opposition INDIA alliance and said “I think there is no such thing as INDIA Bloc left.”

“The main goals of making INDIA Bloc was to defeat PM Modi and de-throne the BJP government. But the sad thing is that the opposition hates Modi so much that they forget that they have started hating India. If PM Modi inaugurates a new Parliament then they oppose it, if the train is named ‘Vande Bharat’ then they oppose it. No one stops you from criticizing the PM, but it is not right to hate him. The opposition has become so confused that it has forgotten everything” Acharya Krishnam said.

He further said that nobody in the INDIA Bloc is criticizing the comments made by Bihar CM Nitish Kumar on women in the state Assembly and It would be a mistake if we keep blaming BJP and Modi for everything.

“The opposition wants to blame all its mistakes on Modi. Akhilesh is saying that Congress is the most deceitful party. Is he saying this at the behest of Modi ji? Will Modi also be blamed for Nitish Kumar’s statement? No leader of the INDIA bloc is asking Nitish why did you say this?” Acharya Pramod said.

“For 10 years we just kept doing this… there was dust on our faces and we kept cleaning the mirror. (10 baras tak hum bus ye khata karte rahe… Dhul chehre par thi aur aayena saaf karte rahe)”, he added.

“I feel that there is nothing left called INDIA bloc. Akhilesh Yadav says that Congress has cheated the SP. AAP is pointing fingers at Congress. Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury points a finger at Mamata Banerjee,” he further added.

Speaking on speculations about him joining the BJP, Acharya Pramod said that if one talks about Bharat, Sanatana, it does not mean that he wants to join the BJP. “The question is not about BJP and Congress, the question is about India’s culture and civilization,” he said.

Expressing his happiness at the construction of the Ram Mandir, Acharya Pramod said that it was a sign of good luck and after the prayers of crores of people, that Ram Lalla’s temple will be made.

He also claimed that in Congress, Priyanka Gandhi is the strongest candidate for the PM’s post.

“If Congress wants to give competition to Narendra Modi then it is necessary to make Priyanka Gandhi its candidate and that would be better. The 2024 election will be ‘Mahabharat’. Rahul Gandhi has now risen above these things. He no longer desires any position. From the point of view of credibility and acceptance, I think there is no bigger leader than Priyanka at this time,” Acharya Pramod added. (ANI)

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi

He Wears Suits Worth Lakhs: Rahul Takes Jibe At Modi

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Friday took a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi in poll-bound Madhya Pradesh and said “PM wears suits worth lakhs of rupees but I wear this white t-shirt only.”

Addressing a rally at Satna, Rahul said “I heard PM Modi’s speech, he used to say everywhere that I belong from the OBC community in every speech, he became prime minister by saying this repeatedly. On one day, he wears at least 1-2 suits worth lakhs of rupees. Have you seen Modi ji repeating his clothes ? I wear this one single white shirt. Do you know why caste disappeared from his speeches as I started speaking about caste-based census. Since I started speaking about it, Modi started saying that there is no caste in India.”

He also announced that the first step of the Congress government formed in MP will be to conduct the caste-based census.

“As soon as Congress government is formed in MP, our first step will be to conduct caste-based census statewide and as soon as our party comes to power we will do the survey of caste-based census nationwide. Till the caste-based census is not done, the backward class won’t be able to contribute. A few days back during the campaign in Chhattisgarh, I met few farmers. I asked about the rate of their land. I was astonished to know when the farmer said that I don’t know the rate of my land,” Rahul Gandhi said.

The Congress leader alleged that the government takes GST from poor people and hands over all the money to big businessmen.

“Big industrialists do not provide employment. Small traders who run small and medium businesses, who are into small and medium scale manufacturing, who run shops, these people provide employment. There used to be lakhs of small units, who gave employment to our youth. When the BJP and PM Modi government came into power, they started an attack on these units. They attacked small traders, and small and medium businesses with demonetization and GST. GST is not a tax. It is an attack on farmers, small traders and businessmen. It is a weapon to finish small traders,” he added.

“GST is given by OBC, Adivasi, backward class and poor people of general category. The government takes GST from poor people and hands over all the bank money to big businessmen like Adani, and Ambani,” Rahul Gandhi said.

The former Congress President accused the BJP of plotting to overthrow the Congress Government that was formed after the 2018 state elections.

“Big industrialists, billionaires, PM Modi and Shivraj Singh Chouhan came together and stole our government from you because they knew that the Congress government of Madhya Pradesh will not work for Adani, it would work for farmers, labourers and small shop owners. I have clearly told the CMs of Karnataka and Chhattisgarh and I will say the same for MP that whatever money the BJP government has given to Adani, the same amount should be given to the people of the state. Modi Ji’s control is in the hands of Adani,” he added. (ANI)

Congress Aayi, Tabahi Laayi: Modi In MP

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday launched a fresh attack on Congress in poll-bound Madhya Pradesh stating that the party had brought with it destruction when it came to power in the State.

Addressing a rally in Satna, PM Modi said “Congress aayi, tabahi laayi (Congress came, brought with it destruction)”.

The Prime Minister further said that Congress has no roadmap for the development of Madhya Pradesh, and people have faith in Modi’s guarantees.

“Congress has no roadmap for the development of Madhya Pradesh. The youth of the state see no future in Congress. The state has faith in the guarantees given by Modi. Har guarantee ki poori hone ki guarantee,” he said.

Urging people in the state to vote for BJP, he said, “Your one vote has done wonders that the country’s enemies have lost their courage. Your MP’s one vote will strengthen Modi in Delhi. Your one vote will oust corrupt Congress from MP.”

He further said that if the Congress is voted to power “free ration and free health treatment will stop.”

“The Congress at the Centre had created hurdles in the BJP government in Madhya Pradesh, which was not permitted to work. Congress had pushed Madhya Pradesh into the dark well here and BJP has tried to take it out. Now is the time for sabka vikas (development of everyone). Dalit, backwards, tribal, poor, everyone will get their rights,” the Prime Minister said.

PM Modi further emphasized that in the past 10 years, the government had built four crore houses for the people. “We build Ram temple with the same devotion with which we build 4 crore houses. This is Modi’s guarantee to all those who have not yet got a house, they will get a house,” he said.

Madhya Pradesh is one of the five states set to undergo polls in one phase on November 17 and counting of votes will take place on December 3.

“Where did all this money go in the Congress government? It went in the 2G scam, it went in the coal scam, it went in the Commonwealth scam but I stopped all these scams. In 10 years, the BJP has sent Rs 10 lakh crore to the accounts of the poor. It is unfortunate for Congress that you have given power to a watchman. We started the scheme of giving free ration during the Corona period. This scheme will be completed in December. People have suggested that it should be extended, so I decided that I will run this scheme for another five years. This will end the ration worries of 4 lakh families of Satna district,” PM Modi said.

On November 17, voters will choose legislators from 230 Assembly constituencies of the state.(ANI)

EC To Announce Poll Schedule For Five States Today

The Election Commission of India is set to announce the schedule for the upcoming Assembly elections of Mizoram, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Telangana on Monday.

The Election Commission will hold a press conference in this regard.

In Madhya Pradesh, the state will elect legislators from 230 Assembly constituencies. In the 2018 elections, Congress won 114 seats with a vote share of 41.5 per cent while the BJP came second and managed to win 109 seats. Its vote share was 41.6 per cent. However, in 2020, the Congress government lost the majority after the resignations of some MLAs belonging to a faction led by Jyotiraditya Scindia, who later joined the BJP. After this, the BJP formed the government in the state and Shivraj Singh Chouhan was reinstated as the Chief Minister.

The Congress party holds the majority in the Rajasthan Assembly, which comprises 200 seats, with Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot leading the state government. The previous assembly elections in the state were held in December 2018, when the Indian National Congress emerged as the single-largest party. Congress managed to win 99 seats, falling short by 1 seat to secure the majority mark. With a vote share of 39.8 per cent, Congress, however, formed the state government after an alliance with the Bahujan Samaj Party and the support of independent MLAs. BJP managed to secure 73 seats and its vote share was 39.3 percent.

Telangana is set to witness a triangular contest between the BJP, the ruling Bharat Rashtra Samithi and the Congress in the upcoming assembly election. In the previous Assembly election held in 2018, BRS managed to win 88 seats out of 119 and had a dominant vote share of 47.4 per cent. Congress came at a distant second with 19 seats. Its vote share was 28.7 per cent.

Congress also managed to win 68 seats out of 90 in Chhattisgarh. The party garnered a vote share of 43.9 per cent. BJP won 15 seats and managed to gather vote share of 33.6 per cent.

In a 40-seat Assembly of Mizoram, Mizo National Front managed to win 26 seats with a vote share of 37.8 per cent. Congress secured 5 seats and BJP won a single seat. Zoramthanga is the current chief minister of the state. (ANI)

BJP Will Draw A Zero in MP Elections: Kamal Nath

Former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Kamal Nath on Thursday took a jibe at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) stating that the BJP in the state was heading towards zero in electoral mathematics.

Nath wrote on X (formerly twitter), “In Madhya Pradesh BJP, One fourth BJP is on the fringes, one fourth are poor and destitute, one fourth are morally losers and one fourth are victimised by Delhi (central leadership).”

“Overall, the BJP in Madhya Pradesh is heading towards zero in electoral mathematics and politically,” the former CM further wrote.

Hitting back at Nath’s post, BJP Spokesperson Rajneesh Agarwal said that the congress leadership and the Congress party had become a joke.

“Nath’s tweet tells us what is the state of mind of the Congress and Nath himself. The Congress is going through the worst phase  across the country and the situation is such that they (Congress) are not able to accept this truth,” Agarwal said.

“Posting childish and absurd rhymes by the most senior Congress leader, shows that not only the Congress leadership but the entire Congress party has become a joke,” the BJP leader added.

Madhya Pradesh is scheduled to go for the Assembly polls later this year. Through the polls, the state will elect legislators from 230 Assembly constituencies.

The last Assembly polls in 2018 saw the Congress coming to power, with veteran leader Kamal Nath taking oath as the chief minister.

Nonetheless, a political upheaval rocked the state in 2020, after the then Congressman Jyotiraditya Scindia, along with 22 loyalist MLAs, switched over to the saffron camp.

The Congress government fell after being reduced to a minority and the BJP formed the government, with Shivraj Singh Chouhan returning as chief minister. (ANI)
